Destinations Covered : Bodhgaya - Patna - Kushinagar - Lumbini - Sravasti - Varanasi

Buddhist Tour Package Duration : 07 Nights / 08 Days

Day 1 - Bodhgaya : Guests will arrive at Bodhgaya and will meet with our representative for the Buddhist Tour Package and will be transferred to Hotel, previously booked by our tour operator.  Overnight guests will be at the hotel free to relax.

Day 2 - Bodhgaya / Patna (190 km) : In the morning, after breakfast at hotel, guests will be taken to Rajgir and Nalanda 80 km away. These places are counted as important Buddhist Sites.  After sightseeing of Rajgir and Nalanda, guests will be taken to Patna. On arrival at Patna you will be duly transferred to hotel, afterwards you will be free to carry out your own activities.

Day 3 - Patna / Kushinagar : After breakfast, guests will be taken to Kushinagar, visiting Vaishali on the way which boasts of a rich Buddhist history. On arrival at Kushinagar you will be transferred to hotel where you will be free to relax.   

Day 4 - Kushinagar / Lumbini (in Nepal, approx. 170 km) : After breakfast on the Buddha tour guests will be taken to Lumbini in Nepal where guests will be taken on a sightseeing tour of Lumbini which is the birthplace of Buddha. Guests can explore and gain knowledge about the history and significance of Buddha here. Afterwards, guests will be checked in at hotel where you will be free to carry out your own activities. 

Day 5 - Lumbini / Sravasti (Approx. 240 km) : After breakfast, guests will enter India again by visiting Sravasti. On arrival, guests will be taken on a sightseeing tour of Sravasti which was one of the six largest cities in India during Buddha’s lifetime. Afterwards, guests will be transferred to Hotel where guests will retire for the night.

Day 6 - Sravasti / Varanasi (Approx. 350 km) : This morning after breakfast on the Buddhist pilgrimage tour, guests will be transferred to Varanasi. On arrival, you will be checked in at Hotel where you will be on your own and free to relax.

Day 7 - Varanasi / Bodhgaya (Approx. 300 km) : In morning, guests will be taken on a Boat ride on river Ganges. After Breakfast you will be taken on an expedition to Sarnath which is the place of first sermon. In the afternoon, guests will be taken to Bodhgaya which is known as the place of enlightenment. On arrival you will be transferred to hotel where you will be free to relax.
 
Day 8 - Bodhgaya : In the morning guests will be taken on a sightseeing tour of Bodhgaya, visiting Maha Bodhi Temple and Monasteries. In the afternoon all arrangements will be made to facilitate transfer of guests to Airport for onward destinations.
